I love the water reflections and the glowing dots... heres my suggestion, the dots might look better with different sizes and shapes... also in the background, the orange is too bright and distracting, maybe you can tone it down darker... the clouds are also too bright, maybe you can add some light blue/purple/pink... and smear it a bit more, lol, just suggestions ^^ anyways, good job!
